Where it started

I'm Antonio Salomone, Founder & CEO of MAGNAT3. MAGNAT3 didn't begin as a company — it began as an idea.

Back in 2017, I was sitting in a friend's basement. He was a videographer who shot rap music videos, and many of my other friends were artists making music. Watching them work together, I noticed how difficult it was to coordinate everything. Someone needed a beat. Someone needed studio time. Someone needed a videographer. Every part of the process meant searching Instagram, sending DMs, asking for referrals, and hoping the right person responded.

I remember thinking:

What if there was one app where you could find the producer, book the recording studio, hire the videographer, and connect with everyone you needed — in one place?

At the time, it was simply an idea. And that idea stayed with me for years. In 2024, I finally made the phone call that turned the concept into reality and began building what would become MAGNAT3. On April 21, 2025, MAGNAT3 officially launched on the App Store.

But something changed while we were building it. I realized the problem wasn't limited to the music industry — the same challenges existed almost everywhere.

Built from the gap

I didn't build MAGNAT3 because I thought the world needed another app. I built it because I kept watching the same problem play out across industry after industry — and nobody was fixing it.

On one side were talented service professionals: barbers, detailers, photographers, DJs, trainers, producers, contractors, designers, tutors, and thousands of others with real skill and real demand. Yet many were running entire businesses through Instagram DMs, text messages, Venmo requests, and scattered apps. They had no central booking system, no verified reputation, no unified client management, and no professional infrastructure. Their talent was never the problem — their infrastructure was.

On the other side were customers and businesses trying to hire those professionals. Finding the right person often meant relying on social media, word of mouth, or outdated directories. There was no consistent way to evaluate quality, verify credibility, compare services, or book with confidence. People hired the wrong provider. They got ghosted. They overpaid. Or they gave up and settled because finding trustworthy talent was harder than it should have been.

Two sides of the same broken marketplace. That's the gap MAGNAT3 was built to close.

Not a directory. Infrastructure.

MAGNAT3 isn't just another directory. It's infrastructure for modern entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs can manage bookings, payments, scheduling, messaging, reviews, portfolios, teams, projects, events, and client relationships from one platform. Customers gain a trusted place to discover skilled professionals, compare them through verified activity and reputation, and book with confidence.

Every feature we build answers the same question:

Does this make the entrepreneur more legitimate and the customer more confident?

That's why we focus on verified reviews, real booking history, transparent pricing, secure payments, professional profiles, collaboration tools, and systems that reward businesses for earning trust — not simply paying for visibility. We're not trying to become another middleman taking the biggest percentage of every transaction. We're building the infrastructure independent businesses have deserved all along.

Why "MAGNAT3"

A magnate is someone who creates something of their own. Someone who builds, leads, and owns. That idea became our mission. MAGNAT3 exists to help people move beyond simply providing a service and become owners of lasting businesses.

The name ends with the number 3 for a reason. In numerology, 3 is known as the number of communication, creativity, expression, and connection — the energy of bringing people together, sharing ideas, and creating opportunities through relationships.

That reflects exactly what MAGNAT3 was built to do: connect entrepreneurs with customers, help businesses communicate their value, and create opportunities that might never have existed otherwise.

At its core, MAGNAT3 is about giving talented people a platform to be seen, trusted, and discovered — because every successful business begins with connection.

Where we're going

MAGNAT3 is already live on the App Store, and we're only getting started. We're continuing to build a complete ecosystem for entrepreneurs through deeper business tools, intelligent automation, collaboration, reputation systems, and progression features that reward consistency, professionalism, and real customer trust.

Our vision extends far beyond booking appointments. We believe talent should be visible. Trust should be earned and verifiable. Every entrepreneur deserves access to the same caliber of tools that were once reserved for much larger businesses.
